“Sorry, we thought you were a terrorist”

Capturing, torturing and imprisonning a terrorist sounds pretty logical and legit to Bush’s administration. But what if the person that is captured is actually everything but a terrorist?
In this article from the Washington Post we learn that Abu Zubaida, dangerous high-value detainee in Gitmo and supposedly No.3 of Al-Qaeda, was actually not even involved in any “terrorism” at all, which was obviously discovered after nothing less than 83 sessions of waterboarding (torture where the prisonner endures the feeling of being drowned) and several kinds of other ways to “persuade him to talk”.
